Lifetime Warranty & Return Policy
At Lenox Instruments, we are committed to providing high-quality surgical and dental instruments that meet the highest standards of performance and durability. To ensure customer confidence, we offer a limited lifetime warranty and a clear return policy for all our products.
Lifetime Warranty Coverage
All Lenox Instruments products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty guarantees that our instruments are free from material or workmanship defects, provided they are used according to their intended surgical or dental purpose.
What is Covered?
- Lenox Instruments guarantees the performance and durability of its instruments when used as intended.
- If a manufacturing defect is identified, we will repair or replace the instrument at no additional cost.
Warranty Conditions:
- The instrument must be used strictly for its designated medical or dental purpose.
- Instruments must be properly handled, maintained, and sterilized according to Lenox Instruments’ care guidelines.
- This warranty does not cover instruments that have been:
- Altered or modified in any way.
- Subjected to misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance.
- Damaged due to accidental drops or improper sterilization techniques.
Understanding “Lifetime” in Our Lifetime Warranty
Definition of Lifetime
The term “lifetime” refers to the expected operational lifespan of an instrument, which depends on frequency of use, sterilization cycles, and handling.
- Instrument Lifespan: Depending on proper care, our instruments can endure between 100 to 300 sterilization cycles before showing normal signs of wear.
- Wear and Tear: Regular use and repeated sterilization naturally degrade an instrument over time. This is not considered a defect and is not covered under this warranty.
Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic issues (e.g., minor scratches, discoloration) that do not affect functionality.
- Instruments damaged by improper handling, misuse, or accidental drops.
- Instruments that have been engraved, customized, or modified in any way.
